Is your project idea pretty straightforward, we just match you with an available tutor and away you go?  

OR Is it more complicated than that?  For example you need to learn Middle High German, learn how to write a screenplay, and have a copy editor?  If so, we offer a one-hour Orienteering session so that one advisor will have the sense of your complete project and what combination of tutors would work well for you.  That session counts as one of your hours of face-to-face contact and another hour of behind the scenes planning.
