Tech Level 1: Field Technician
Entry level technician primarily responsible for end user support, machine/device repair and replacement, interactive panel installation and upgrades, miscellaneous cabling installation, removal of old equipment and transporting new equipment, inventory reconciliation tasks, work request system, basic network and workstation troubleshooting. Experience with or conceptual knowledge of TCP/IP and client/server communications is important. Must be able to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, move in tight spaces, etc. Must be able to communicate with end users in a courteous and professional manner.
