AGREEMENT

I hereby declare that I have viewed the Sewing Pattern Database website and that I have viewed and read the PDF "Designer Infosheet" with the declaration of cooperation with the Sewing Pattern Database.

I agree to work with the pattern database or allow the pattern database to include my free instructions in the manner described in the PDF "Designer Infosheet".

I own the rights to the photos that I use on my website for the free instructions and transfer these image rights non-exclusively to the pattern database. This means: The pattern database may use the photos on my website for the purposes specified in the PDF "Designer Infosheet" to create its graphics and may then distribute them without restriction on the Internet, especially on its social media channels, for advertising purposes.

If I work with sample sewers or other people are shown in the photos, I have their consent to release the photos for the pattern database.
