Please fill out this form for the Peer Mentorship Program. This program is designed to support incoming students who have recently graduated from the Academic Bridging Program or Transitional Year Programme, or participated in the Diploma To Degree program here at Woodsworth College.
This program runs from mid September to mid March. Mentees are required to meet with their mentors a minimum of once a month, and complete monthly reports submitted to the Office of the Dean of Students. During December and April, due to the examination period, you will not be required to meet with your mentor in-person, but will be encouraged to reach out via e-mail. Mentees are also required to meet with the Program Coordinator in-person once a semester.

Note: Mentees will be asked to meet briefly with the Program Coordinator before acceptance into the program. Should you not be able to attend an on-campus meeting, we would be happy to connect with you via Skype or phone.
Mandatory Training & Kick-Off: Mentors and Mentees are required to attend the mandatory training/kick-off date, Saturday September 29, 2018 from 9pm-5pm in the Waters Lounge. Lunch will be provided. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Prilly.
