Elora Shea Photography are teaming up with Ethos Wine & Tea for a tea party popup on
Sunday May 11th, with seatings at 1p and 3p! Enjoy a tea party with your mother and maternal figures, friends, or family and take beautiful photos with a professional backdrop with Elora Shea Photography.
Reservations are first come first serve via this google form. If one time frame fills up, we will reach out and try to find space for you in the other time slot if necessary. Each seating starts at 1p and 3p, and your table is reserved for you for 1.5 hours.
RSVP for your entire party and please pay by 5/4 to confirm your reservation through digital invoice from square via your email from Chris Martin aka bakernobakery. Please fill out below how many people are in your party and the invoice must be paid by one person, please venmo/zelle/cash/etc amongst yourselves if you are paying separately, thank you!
There are 2 tiers of tea service available:
-Tier 1: 5 items and tea service for $40 +tax
------- this package includes medialuna, spring veggie tea sandwich (V), lemon balm polvorón, masa harina thumbprint, Basque cheesecake (GF). [all items vegetarian]
------- if you would like to share food and add tea for additional folks in your party, add $12 per person for tea
-Tier 2: 10 items and tea service for $55 +tax
------- this package includes medialuna, spring veggie tea sandwich (V), lemon balm polvorón, masa harina thumbprint, Basque cheesecake (GF), triple berry hibiscus pâte de fruits (GF / V), strawberry pan de coco (V), strawberry caramel concha, spring savory madeleines, quesadilla Salvadoreña (GF) [all items vegetarian]
------- if you would like to share food and add tea for additional folks in your party, add $12 per person for tea
Vegans + Gluten free folks!
-5 items and tea service for $40
------- Vegans: this package includes 1 spring veggie tea sandwiches (V), coconut arroz con leche (GF/V) triple berry hibiscus pâte de fruits (GF / V), strawberry pan de coco (V), and a pink vanilla polvorón (V, sugar cookie). [all items vegetarian]
------- Gluten Free: this package includes coconut arroz con leche (GF/V), coconut meringues (GF), Basque cheesecake (GF), triple berry hibiscus pâte de fruits (GF / V), quesadilla Salvadoreña (GF), [all items vegetarian]
------- if you would like to share food and add tea for additional folks in your party, add $12 per person for tea
Photo Mini Sessions: $50 +tax
-10 minutes of photos with Elora Shea Photography
-professional backdrop and accessories
-5 photos to be received within 2 weeks
-To occur during your 1.5 hour tea party, after tea and snacks have been served
Additional drinks like wine and beer will be available for purchase day of the event from the bar at Ethos Wine & Tea at 817 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA.
