Media Nights: Collaboratively Thinking About TV, Radio, & Journalism
"Media Nights at BC" is a two-night event featuring presentations by Department of Television and Radio faculty members and a broad range of media professionals. Each will discuss their work, research, interests and experiences with a roundtable discussion/Q&A to follow at the end of the evening.
DATES: Tuesday, October 15th & Wednesday, October 16th, 2013
PLEASE NOTE - TUESDAY IS NOW STAND-BY ONLY. MORE TICKETS WILL POSSIBLY BE RELEASED CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE. PLEASE STILL REGISTER FOR THIS DATE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ABOUT AVAILABILITY.

TIME: Arrival at 4:30pm; Event is from 6:00pm till 9:00pm
LOCATION: The new HD studio in the basement of Whitehead Hall.
Please begin arriving under the canopy in front of Whitehead Hall beginning at 4:30pm or earlier for the best seats.
You are asked to stay for the entire event for audience consistency.
Presentations will be recorded for possible broadcast on CUNY-TV and used for BC possible promotional purposes.
DRESS CODE: You will be on camera, dress how you want to present yourself while meeting those who work in media. Please dress appropriately.
RELEASE: This event will be used by TVR and BC, by entering the studio you agree to TVR/BC using your likeness for possible usage.

AUTOGRAPHS & PURCHASES: Books and the speakers’ materials will be made available for purchase and signings before & after the night's event.
Tickets are on a first come, first serve policy and seats are limited.
Only one ticket per email request and your ticket is confirmed (not guaranteed) ONLY when you receive a response.
Seats may be available the night of the event as a standby option.
