All recreational dance teams will be required to pay a one time registration fee in the amount of $50.00. This fee is due at time of registration. Invoice will be sent once registration has been submitted. *
All recreational dance teams will perform in our end of year recital/showcase to allow friends and family to see the skills they have learned throughout the year. During this time we do purchase costumes for each of the dancers. For the 2023-2024 year our costume/prop fee is $150 per student.  *
I UNDERSTAND IF I CHOOSE TO LEAVE TOP-NOTCH MID SEASON I AM REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 30 DAYS NOTICE OR I WILL STILL BE CHARGED TUITION.  *

Ballet, tumble, gymnastics, jazz, mommy & me are YEAR ROUND classes meaning they will still have recital with all of the other students, but their classes will resume on after recital.  *
Starting in June of 2024 all recreational classes will be a minimum of 45 mins. (2023 was 30 mins & we just want more time with your dancers) *

Once this form is completed and sent into our office you will receive an email from our dance portal within 3 business days with your login information. Please login as soon as you can to get familiar with our system. All announcements will also pop up on our portal.  *
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month, if not paid in full by the end of the day on the 5th of the month you will be charged a late fee in the amount of $20. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month you child will be at risk of dismissal from their class/classes. *
