Duara's mission is to make quality education accessible, by transforming passionate female teachers into School Entrepreneurs -- and launch a Duara microschool in your community.

What is the Incubator?
🚀Our Incubator is designed to help you bring your dream of your own school to life, serve your community, and become part of a women-led movement that is reshaping education .
It is a multi-month journey (September/October-December 2026) that equips you with the skills, mindsets, operational steps, access to capital and coaching to launch your Duara microschool and grow it to its full blossom. The Incubator is the first step of joining the Duara School Collective.

🌳Since the end of 2023, Duara has successfully launched eleven microschools, each driven by community-focused, passionate teacher entrepreneurs. We are welcoming our September/October - December 2026 cohort of future School Entrepreneurs, and are looking for inspiring female teachers to join us!
