The Lowery Institute Leadership Camp is an exciting summer program that helps young leaders explore entrepreneurship, community leadership, and the power of making a difference. Through fun activities, field trips, and hands-on projects, campers will learn how business, government, and teamwork shape the world around them.

This camp is designed to inspire and prepare young leaders to take charge of their futures while having fun, meeting new friends, and exploring new ideas.

This year we will focus on youth governance and social change through technology, movement, spoken word and visual arts. This will be the primary forum I will use to communicate with the parent group.

Camp begins at 9:00 AM. The drop off point will be the Clark Atlanta University Student Center at 223 James P. Brawley Dr. A camp counselor will be there to greet your child(ren).

Camp ends at 5:00 PM. The pick-up point will be Clark Atlanta University Student Center at 223 James P. Brawley Dr. A camp counselor will be there with your child(ren).

We will provide you with a copy of our daily schedule on the first day of camp.

Campers will eat lunch in the Clark Atlanta Dinning Hall each day. The dining hall provides a plethora of dining options from a hot lunch to pizza, salads, and burgers.

Our day trip to Montgomery, Alabama to visit the Legacy Museum's three sites will take place on Friday, July 24.
