Non-Term Housing Application
This application is for students who are seeking on-campus housing during the Winter Break period, Field Work Term or both Winter Break and Field Work Term.
Due to limited space availability, on-campus housing over Winter Break or Field Work Term (FWT) is only offered for students who fall into the specific categories below. If you have extenuating circumstances outside of the standard categories, please apply for housing and we will do our best to accommodate you if space is available.
Students may need to relocate during the non-term housing period if they are not currently assigned to a house where non-term housing is permitted. Currently, Bingham House has been designated for Winter Break and Field Work Term housing.
Students will not be guaranteed single rooms and should be prepared to have a roommate. If single rooms are available, they will be assigned to seniors and juniors first, but seniors and juniors are not guaranteed single rooms. Roommate request information will be available once an application is approved.
The cost of housing during this period is $600 and will be billed to your student account.
