2021 LCAP Parent Survey

Classrooms in all BSD schools will be cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. Seating allows for 6 feet of separation between students. Shields are installed at student desks as barriers. Hand sanitizer will be distributed to students by the teacher as appropriate. Do you feel that classrooms are set up appropriately to combat COVID 19? *
Each campus has plans for how students will enter and exit school. Hallways are designated as "One-way" paths. Student temperatures will be taken at each entrance to school. Do you feel this will be an effective way to limit student exposure to Covid-19?

Bus transportation is limited to students in grades TK-3rd grade in order to reduce crowding on buses and allow for student spacing. The district employed new bus chaperones to take student temperatures prior to bus entry and monitor student spacing. All buses are sanitized between bus runs. Do you feel this step is appropriate to reduce the spread of COVID?

When do you feel is an appropriate time to reopen school in a Hybrid environment (1/2 of the students attending Monday and Tuesday and the other 1/2 attending Thursday and Friday. Wednesday is a deep cleaning day where all students will be on Distance Learning.
