Do you give permission to The Fine Design Market to use your product images or product details to promote your business or products on website, social media or other promotional material?
Terms and Conditions
The Fine Design Market does not charge any fee for the listings. All sellers can have up 20 listings, free of charge.
The minimum listing period is three months. All listings are automatically renewed unless the seller notifies The Fine Design Market at least 2 weeks prior to the current listing period ending.
Seller will provide The Fine Design Market with unique descriptions and quality photos of your works.
Selling Works and Payment to Seller
The Fine Design Market will offer the seller’s works for sale at the selling price determined by the seller and indicated on the inventory sheet.
Upon selling a work, The Fine Design Market will retain 20% of the selling price to cover credit card transaction fee, administration and marketing costs. The remaining balance will be paid to the seller's nominated bank account within 7 days of each calendar month. All payments will be accompanied by an itemised statement and remittance advice.
The seller may agree for The Fine Design Market to discount works during selected sale periods. The Fine Design Market shall notify the seller of all sale periods 7 business days prior to their commencement. The agreed discount will be deducted from the selling price as indicated on the inventory sheet.
Sellers are responsible for the postage fee and dispatching their sold works to buyers. If you're using a delivery or fulfilment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive their orders.
