Fountain Valley Royal Regiment                                     Internship Application 2017
The Fountain Valley Royal Regiment is seeking to expand the working opportunities for recent high school graduates, college students, recent drum corps members, or college music majors and give them the opportunity to gain coveted work experience at a very successful program.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
- Recent high school graduates that are still involved in music & pageantry
- College students looking to break into the world of marching arts and want to learn at a successful high school program
- Recent Drum Corps members who want high school teaching experience
- Music Education Majors who could potentially complete their student teaching at FVHS (Fall or Spring)
- Anyone who wants to work with the program's amazing staff

AVAILABLE INTERNSHIP POSITIONS:
- Brass
- Woodwind
- Percussion (battery & front ensemble)
- Color Guard
- Visual (marching & movement)
- Strings
- Administrative Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be high school graduates, or will be graduating high school by July 1, 2017
- Must complete a Huntington Beach Unified High School District, Volunteers In Public Schools (VIPS) application before you can begin work. Go to www.fvhs.com/vips and follow the links for the application.
- A TB assessment must be done by the FVHS Nurse before you begin work.

This is not a paid internship.
