When a client buys or sells a property with us, they select a nonprofit partner to receive a portion of our commission as a donation. This collaboration not only provides vital financial support for your cause but also enhances visibility and engagement with a community committed to making a difference.
How It Works
Real Estate for Real Causes operates on a referral-based system designed to support both our clients' real estate needs and their philanthropic goals. Upon receiving a referral, we connect the client with a top-tier, licensed real estate agent who specializes in their needs. After the transaction closes, the agent provides us with a 30% referral fee, from which we commit 33% to a charity or nonprofit selected by the client. This model ensures that every real estate journey with us not only leads to finding the perfect home but also contributes to making a meaningful impact on the community.
About Us
Founded by Tyler Darden in 2024, a North Carolina native, NC State grad, and 11-year Army veteran, Real Estate for Real Causes marries the world of real estate with the spirit of philanthropy. After returning to Raleigh following his distinguished military service, Tyler envisioned a way to blend his real estate expertise with his deep-seated desire to give back to the community that raised him. This vision blossomed into Real Estate for Real Causes, an innovative organization that empowers clients to support their chosen causes through their real estate transactions. Our mission, inspired by Tyler’s commitment to service and community, is to ensure that every home sale or purchase not only represents a new chapter for our clients but also contributes to building a better, stronger community.
