This form is used by the City of Edmonton for event evaluation. Form must be submitted no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event day. Completed applications will be reviewed by a Community Recreation Coordinator.

Important Information
1. All events held on public parkland (City of Edmonton property) require proof of at least $2,000,000 liability insurance for the event and the City of Edmonton named as a third party, additional insured.

2. Only City of Edmonton approved vendors (i.e. food, photography, entertainment, etc.) can operate on public parkland. For events using vendors on public parkland you obtain a permit. See http://edmonton.ca/streetvending for details.
