Application for UEA Pre-AGM Training 2025
The Uganda Evaluation Association(UEA) invites its members to express interest in participating in the upcoming physical training sessions to enhance evaluation skills. Each training will enroll a maximum of 50 participants.
Registration can either be for one or both of the following trainings:

1. Culturally Responsive Evaluations training
  • Dates: 14th and 15th March(Friday & Saturday)
  • Duration: Full-day training (9:00am to 4:00pm)
  • Requirements: Participants must bring a notebook, pen and laptop.
  • Venue: To be communicated but within Kampala central.
  • Facilitation: Participants will take care of their transport and lunch.
2. Basic Program Evaluation Techniques for Emerging Evaluators.
  • Dates 17th & 18th March 2025 (Monday & Tuesday)
  • Duration: 5-hours sessions per day (9:00 to mid afternoon)
  • Requirements: Each participant should carry a laptop pre-installed with STATA 13 or 15.
  • Venue: To be communicated but within Kampala central.
  • Facilitation: Participants will take care of their transport and lunch.
Eligibility & Selection
  • The training is free for UEA members.
  • Only 50 slots are available per training session. 
  • Selection criteria will prioritise paid-up members of 2025, followed by paid up members of 2024 and lastly members that paid the one time fee.
  • Selection will be based on order of online registration, not arrival at the venue.
  • For non-UEA members who wish to attend, each training will cost Ugshs. 250,000 per training.
NB:
For planning purposes, this form should be returned by COB Wednesday 12th March 2025. Only members who will surely attend should respond.
Both successful and unsuccessful candidates will receive communication/feedback about their application status.
