All the Talk has been about the pandemic and how it has been affecting our work and personal lives, as well as how it's impacting how we do business now and going forward. I am collaborating with the FountainBlue network to ruminate on why there will be no normal, postulate on how we can better empower and engage our workforce despite this, and share stories, strategies and best practices on how we can all adopt people-first, culture-forward stances when nothing's normal.

About This Survey
This survey will provide data for our blogs and our community best practices for building culture when nothing's normal.
Most of our questions are optional, inviting your candid input. As part of the survey, you will be asked your availability for a 30-minute phone call so that we can address any questions, review results to date, share our progress, and get additional information about your strategies and plans.
If you decide to complete this survey and accept an interview, you understand that we will use your data to report aggregated results through our monthly blogs, and that we may insert quotes into our book and course. If we quote you, we will send you a draft of our book and course prior to release.
Our anecdotal findings to date point point to inside-out/outside-in perspectives around building culture, as outlined below.
