PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

We welcome all sorts of products to include in the gift baskets we give to all featured presenters and Top tier sponsors. These baskets are a fantastic presentation, plus... it's a great way to advertise your business.

If you have any business items that you are interested in donating, such as laptops, wireless printers, tablets, envelopes, pens, cash boxes, and more, please provide a brief description of the items. By  becoming a donor, I acknowledge and agree to the following Statements:
1. The Magical Education Council (M.E.C.) works to bring communities together by promoting the sharing of knowledge, experience, and fellowship among people who follow mystical and esoteric paths.
2. I understand that the M.E.C is a non-profit organization that runs solely on donations,advertising,sponsorship and admission prices.  Without these things our events would not be possible.The Magical Education Council acknowledges your generous contribution.
3. we run on a very Fixed income and every little bit helps.
4. . I understand that my donation does not entitle me to any ownership, rights, or control over The Magical Education Council or any other event hosted by the Magical Education Council.
5. The advertisement funds will be used solely for the funding of all M.E.C. Sponsored events.
6. I agree that The Magical Education Council has the right to use my name, logo, and other relevant information in promotional materials related to the event or cause, including but not limited to signage, website, social media, press releases, and print media Unless otherwise noted in the submission form or by letter to the Magical Education Council.
7. I acknowledge that The Magical Education Council will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate recognition and exposure for donations
8.  I acknowledge that The Magical Education Council will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the advertisement funds are used efficiently and effectively to support the designated event or cause.
9. I understand that Convocation may provide updates, reports, or other information regarding the progress of their events.
10. I acknowledge that the contribution is non-refundable and that the Magical Education Council is not liable for any circumstances that may prevent the event or cause from taking place as planned.
11.  I affirm that the contribution has been made willingly and without any expectation of tangible returns or benefits and is considered a charitable donation.
