Croydon PrideFest - Saturday, 13 July 2019: Traders/Stallholders Application Form
Now in its fourth year Croydon PrideFest will take place on Saturday, 13th July in Wandle Park, Croydon CR0 4JS.

The day will begin with a Pride Walking Parade at 12.00 noon starting in Croydon Town Centre and finishing in Wandle Park, where the main festival will take place. There will be a main stage hosting live music and performances throughout the day, as well as a cabaret tent, a wide range of food, drink, community groups, businesses and charities showcasing their work.

Including barbecues, chafing dishes, grills, crepés, churros, etc.
Empty pitch space only - all hot food traders must supply their own stall/gazebo/vehicle/equipment

Once we have reviewed your application and checked all your legal paper work is current and compliant, we will then send you an email to confirm whether your application has been successful or not.

Please wait until your booking has been confirmed before making any further arrangements. (e.g. ordering stock, purchasing one-day insurance cover, applying for TEN etc.)

If successful, your booking will be agreed and immediate payment will be necessary in order to confirm your booking.

All applications are reviewed based on the mix of businesses being represented at the event, relevance to the audience and compliance of paperwork.
