NOT the official Nectar Aid financial aid application.
Financial aid for classes and camps is available year-round, provided the application is submitted at least 10 days before the program start date. Each athlete can receive aid for up to 3 classes or camps per year. Winter Club and Launch Teams aid do not count towards this total.
Financial Aid Deadlines for Summer Programs
Families applying for financial aid for our summer programs should note the following application review deadlines:
- June camps: Applications must be submitted by May 20
- July camps: Applications must be submitted by June 20
- August camps: Applications must be submitted by July 20
Applications received after these deadlines will not be reviewed in full. Late submissions will be considered on a limited basis and may receive only partial financial aid, rather than the amount that may have been awarded prior to the deadline.We encourage families to apply early to ensure full consideration.
How to Apply for financial aid from Nectar Volley:
- Complete this form.
- You will receive an email from admin@northeastvbc.com with instructions to register without payment while your application is reviewed.
- Complete the Classes, Camps and Launch Teams Financial Aid Application from that email.
- For families with income $100k or less
- Requires submission of 2025 tax forms (1040 or 1040A). The child must be listed as a dependent on the submitted forms. Applications without this information cannot be processed.
