We use this information to calculate the amount of bracelets to produce (paid orders of 8,000+ bracelets require at least 4 weeks in advance for personalization "your logo, your style", otherwise you can use the general cashless bracelets).
Quantity of NFC chips required (bracelets or cards) *
We strongly recommend you request only the number of chips you are sure you will need. It is better to quote a smaller project and adapt two weeks before the event if your audit is growing.
Expected number of attendees on highest trafficking day *
We use this information to calculate the maximum capacity needed on the event day with the highest traffic volume to make sure purchases flow smoothly.
Average spending amount per attendee
This information will allow us determine if cashless suits your event and what your projected Return on Investment will be. Please use information based on your previous events. To obtain the average purchase amount, divide total sales by the amount of attendees from your past event.

Will you require MyCashless fast-pass solution? *
Fast-pass is an agile and personalized access control solution at the main entrances and special areas within the event. People sign-in and get a unique code to show at the entrance in order to obtain a bracelet that is associated with each user, increasing speed of entry, security and data analytics.
