Fund Priorities:
--Open to all organizations, groups, and coalitions, apart of the NC SPAN Network
--Organizations led by People of Color,  with limited access to traditional non-profit funding streams.
--All groups applying must have an organizational budget of less than $250,000 annually.
--Proposals that center a mobilization or direct action as a tactic , training's, retreats, and media/communication, and base-building plans.
--Proposals that use an inter-sectional analysis to address community policing issues  on a grassroots, local, or statewide level.


At this time the fund can offer mini-grants of up to $2000.

What we fund:
--Direct action, leadership development, training's, rapid responses, base-building

What we do not fund:
--Indirect expenses (rent, utilities, etc), direct services, budget gaps

#NC SPAN FUND  is a project of NC BLOC, who is fiscally sponsored by Blueprint NC, a 501c3 organization. All proposals must be 501c3 compliant. All funds used for any non-compliant activities must be returned.
