This is an application for the 2023 class of the Community Works Pre-Apprenticeship program in the greater Springfield metropolitan area. Please fill out this form as completely as you can. Staff will be in touch with you within 48 hours to verify completion and explain the remainder of the application process.

The next steps after we confirm that we've received your application will be to: - Submit a copy of your drivers license and high school completion - Attend a drug test at one of the Occu-Health locations - Schedule an interview with our tradesperson panel
