Evergreen Chorale Member Registration 2019 - 2020
Hello, Chorale Members!

We look forward to sharing a season of beautiful music with you, and thank you for taking the time to register. Registering online helps us with planning logistics and ordering music, and gives us the most up-to-date contact information for all our singers. We do need all singers to register since it is the beginning of the season.

After you have filled in this form and click "submit" you will receive a confirmation email which will give you a link to the Registration page, and if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will find the links for payment options. There you can click on the appropriate link to pay your dues by credit card. The dues are the same as last season: one semester is $120.00 and $240.00 for the entire year. This will take you into the ticketing system for payment. The transaction comes up as a "ticket" for a performance, but will be recorded as a dues payment. Also, when you click through to the ticketing system it may ask you to "register" - this is asking you to enter your information into the ticketing system, not to fill out the singer registration form again.

If you prefer to pay the $120.00 (Fall) or $240.00 (Full Year) by check, you can either bring your check to rehearsal or drop it in the mail to: Ovation West/Evergreen Chorale, PO Box 2103, Evergreen CO 80437. Please confirm that this semester's schedule works for you. Most rehearsals will take place on Mondays from 6:30 to 9 pm. Special sectionals and final rehearsals may go longer and take place on other week days. Our concerts will take place on December 13th & 15th. We ask that you miss no more than 3 rehearsals and no final rehearsals or performances. *

Do you, or a family member have any special background and/or abilities to contribute to our organization (sewing, set building, truck for riser transport, etc.)?
We rely on your dues to cover the cost of music and a portion of the additional costs of producing our concerts (rehearsal and performance space rental, payments to musicians and staff, etc.) Dues are $240 for the full year or $120 for one semester. We offer Young Professionals a discounted rate of $100 for the year or $50 for one semester. We give full scholarships to our high school interns. In addition, we offer financial assistance to members on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Christine Gaudreau, Susan Kramer or your section leader if you need to request a scholarship - we do not require you to submit an application or share financial details. After you click on "submit" to record your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link back to the registration page of the website. (You can also navigate to that page directly.) Once there, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the links to pay by credit card. Click on the appropriate button and you will be taken into the ticketing system, and it looks like you are purchasing a "ticket" for a performance but it will be recorded as your dues payment. *
