Food Grant Request Form: Scratch Educator Meetups

The Creative Computing Lab is excited to offer Food Grants, aimed at supporting organizers with the purchase of food at your ScratchEd Meetup. We will support ~$10 per person for food (to a maximum of $200) at your next meetup. We expect that your request will be commensurate with the number of attendees at the event.

This form must be submitted at least two weeks before the date of the event. All funds will be reimbursed by our team, once we receive receipts for the event. Please feel free to email scratched@gse.harvard.edu with any questions or comments!

Please note that funding is not guaranteed, and we may email you with an alternative offer.

Unfortunately, food grants are currently only available for U.S.-based meetups. 
Organizers must fill out a W9 with Harvard University in order to be reimbursed.
