We would like to start a support group (we're calling it "Thrive") for people who are interested in healthy living. We'd love to have your suggestions and ideas to help us make this group as relevant as possible and offer it at the time convenient to the most participants. We also host a Health & Wellness program every second Monday at noon. Would you rather see us use the new group as an informal time to encourage one another, share healthy recipes, etc., or would you like occasional speakers on topics related to wellness included in the Thrive group meetings as well?
