The application period for the UP System Student Wellness Subsidy for the 2nd Semester is now OFFICIALLY CLOSED. We are no longer accepting online or email submissions of documents, as there are deadlines set by the UP System Office of Student Development Services. The committee will only review complete applications submitted within the prescribed period and qualified applicants will receive a notification email by the first week of June.

For those who were unable to submit or comply on time, please watch out for the application next school year. You may try again once the call for applications is issued.
