Forms are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email to the email address you list below from StandingOBoard@gmail.com to confirm your spot in class along with instructions on how to complete payment. If class fills and you are put on the Waiting List you will also be notified. Please check your Spam Folder if you do not see an email within 24 hours of completing this form. Registration will close Wednesday, October 29th or prior if the class fills. If registering siblings, there is a space for the Sibling Name in the form.

These conflicts should be made known with advanced notice as it will affect how we schedule our time.
