Ultimate Women's Wellness supports women who have womb and hormonal imbalances. You don't have to have a uterus to join, but the conversations will center around the uterus, ovaries, vulva, the reproductive hormones associated with female genitalia, and centering women's pleasure.

Having a weight loss goal is fine, but I advocate Health At Every Size. It's more important to me that you develop a healthy relationship with food and movement as a part of a wellness-centered lifestyle, not as a means to an end. And given that hormones play a huge role in how we gain and lose weight, especially as women, focusing on weight loss will only make you more stressed and obssessed, something I'd like to avoid.

Ultimate Women's Wellness is a monthly membership for women over 35 who are looking for support, accountability, and community with their wellness goals. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness but knowing where to start can be a challenge that keeps us stuck and unable to move forward.

I want you to integrate wellness into your life with ease, so start where you are and choose the option that you know you can be the most consistent with.
