The publicly-owned land at 6909 Ryan Drive is a 5.5-acre property adjacent to Capital Metro’s Crestview Station on the Redline. Austin Energy bought the land in 1997 and it is currently being used for storage. The City aims to create a site plan that can be used as the basis for a solicitation of developer partners who can deliver a project that meets neighborhood, City, and regional goals for the site, including revenue generation as well as community benefits.
