REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT - CONSULAR SERVICE
During the implementation of PPKM and other Indonesian government restrictions on community activities, Consular Section will accommodate clients strictly on an appointment basis, except for claiming and releasing of consular documents. To request an appointment, please fill up and submit this form.
For your own safety, please refrain from going to the Embassy unless you have an extremely urgent transaction and you have received a confirmed appointment.
For releasing and claiming of passports and consular-related documents, there is no need for an appointment. The consular section will accommodate those claiming the documents on a walk-in basis, Mondays to Fridays, strictly from 1:00 - 2:45 PM.
