2019 Creative Mentorship Program Application: Returning Mentor
Please complete this application if you are interested in participating in the Durham Art Guild's Creative Mentorship Program in 2019 and you have previously been a mentor in a prior cycle of the program.

Participation in the Creative Mentorship Program is reserved for current members of the Durham Art Guild. Applicants are encouraged to join DAG prior to applying. **Please note: In an effort to give more artists an opportunity to participate in this program and share in these resources and experiences, artists may serve as a mentor for 2 consecutive program cycles. After two consecutive program cycles, we request that mentors take at least a one-year break before applying again.
