Calculate the total amount of your points and determine the level of codependence:

60-80 - Very high level of codependent behaviour. You need to change your life because it destroys your emotional balance and leads to psychosomatic illnesses. The psychotherapy is an effective support on the path to change.

40-59 - High level of codependence. Your quality of life is significantly reduced, you understand that, but for some reason you do nothing. Consider working with a psychologist.

30-39 - Average level of codependence. The discomfort is rare but with sufficient frequency. Analyze your behaviour in terms of dependence on other people.

20–29 - Independent model. Congratulations! It seems that your relationship is conscious and trusting. You are ready for change, sincere and do not leave problems unresolved.
