NSF CAREER Program
The Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program is a National Science Foundation-wide activity offering prestigious awards in support of junior faculty who exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding research, excellent education, and the integration of education and research within the context of the mission of their organizations. The NSF deadlines for submission of proposals are July 18, 19, and 20, 2018, depending on discipline. If you are interested in applying and would like assistance by OVCR staff, be sure to attend the following information sessions. These sessions are sponsored by the following OVCR units: Proposal Development Services and the STEM Education and Innovation Research Institute.

Session 1: NSF CAREER Program: General Information and Eligibility

This information session presents an overview of eligibility criteria, guidelines, and strategies for developing competitive proposals to the NSF CAREER program, as well as a discussion of the support resources available both pre- and post-award. Food and drink are allowed in the session venue.
