SPIRAL (Supporting People in Reproduction, Abortion, and Loss) provides free, compassionate, affirming support to the full-spectrum of people across all pregnancy outcomes and reproductive experiences.  In particular, SPIRAL is committed to eliminating barriers to abortion access by honoring bodily autonomy and collective liberation.

Our abortion support services can include:
*Providing transportation assistance to and from the clinic or provider (within 45 minutes of the clinic)
*Emotional, physical, and practical support before, during, and after your abortion or miscarriage
*Helping you find a clinic or provider near you
*Meeting with you beforehand to help you prepare for your appointment
*Being at the clinic with you during your appointment
*Providing in-person or remote support for your abortion or miscarriage at home
*Meeting with you after your appointment to debrief about your experience
*Providing you with an after-care bag
*Referring you to organizations and resources for financial assistance and more intensive support services

SPIRAL needs to be in contact with the person receiving support directly. Note that submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee support. We typically ask for at least 48 - 72 hr  notice for support requests & follow-up within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving the request. The more notice we have, the more likely we are able to provide services. We understand that sometimes that is not possible and we still encourage you to fill out the form.  
We will do our best to provide you with support when you need it.

All the information that you provide is private and confidential and used only to provide the best possible support to you.  Personal + sensitive information is deleted after the support is complete.
