blackcomputeHER Fellows Application
The blackcomputeHER Fellows Program is a cohort-based professional development program for black women in computing and tech. This fellows program is a 6- to 12-month intensive development program that begins at the yearly blackcomputeHER conference, where fellows receive a travel scholarship, and it includes activities that extend beyond the conference.

Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Fellows program, participants must be black women pursuing a career or advanced studies in a computing discipline (computer science; computer engineering; information science, systems, or technology). Students (full- or part-time) must at least be in their second-year of graduate school. Career professionals must be within their first five years in a computing career (either after graduation or a career shift). All applicants must have be interested in growing their technical careers and leadership. You will also be required to commit to attending (either in person or virtually, as scheduled) the monthly development activities.
