↷ Photos or videos of the item (especially for claims) will be provided if there is noticeable damage upon arrival. However, no refunds will be issued for damages that were not disclosed by the seller/manufacturer/website. Please note that the items are shipped from overseas, and there are certain factors beyond control that may affect their condition.

↷ Local shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. The shipping fees will be collected before the ship out of the items.

↷ Your payment confirmation will be reflected in the master list. If it hasn't been updated, please reach out to me, and I'll make sure it's corrected. I won’t be sending payment confirmations or packing photos via email. Please check the master list for your order status and tracking number. Rest assured; I’ll handle your items with care. If any issues arise, contact me immediately.

↷ NO RUSH SHIPPING! Shipping is scheduled in batches based on the order of completed shipping forms. Preparation time is 3-5 days, depending on the items, starting from the date the box arrives.  

↷ Please note that once your order is shipped, my responsibility is limited to providing follow-up updates. Any delays or losses caused by the courier are beyond my control, but I will continue to keep you updated.

↷ Complaints about item damage will only be accepted with an unboxing video. The video must show the items still in the parcel, with clear evidence that the packaging has not been tampered with.

↷ Combined shipping is allowed, and the 2-month waiting period before an item is marked as 'unclaimed' will no longer apply. It will only apply if 2 months have passed, and no shipping form has been received.
