Complete this registration no later than October 14. This ensures we have time to print signs and prepare for the event.
Each guest will pay $1 to taste each chili and cornbread entry.
You will be responsible for serving your dish to guests.
We will provide the tasting cups and spoons. Please bring any additional serving ware you may require (ie. tongs for cheese or serving spoons)
Each taster will receive a voting form with a list of each chili and cornbread entry. The voting form will have the name of the dish as you provide on this form.
Voters will vote for ONE chili and ONE cornbread and turn their vote into a box.
At 3:30pm, the three coordinators will tally the votes (each coordinator will individually count the votes to ensure accuracy) and winners will be announced around 3:45pm.
