County of San Mateo's Office of Sustainability: 4R's Grants Program - Mega Grant Application (Up to $25,000)

Please include a minimum of the following information: (1) Project Task Descriptions, (2) Milestones to be Accomplished, and (3) Project Task Timeline. 19. Project Deliverables: What key deliverables will you be committing to and submitting at the end of your project? Please list out the project's key deliverables. *
Deliverables will vary depending on the type of project. Examples include, but are not limited to: number of waste reduction library toolkits developed and delivered to libraries; pre- and post- project waste audits completed; number of workshops/classes completed/delivered; number of outreach events completed; 4R's after school curriculum development; number of recycle/compost bins purchased and installed; etc.
20. Project Budget: In a separate document, in table format, provide a detailed budget for the proposed project. Please include a minimum of the following information: (1) Project Items/Tasks, (2) Amount ($) to be funded by the 4R's Mega Grant, (3) Amount ($) to be funded by grantee/another funder (if any). IMPORTANT NOTE: (1) If requesting funding for staff labor, hourly rate of staff ($/hour) and total estimated staff hours must be included in the budget section of the application; and (2) The Office of Sustainability is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout San Mateo County. As such, if requesting grant funding for staff labor, we encourage applicants to consider in the proposed budget the County’s Living Wage Ordinance to promote the creation of a livable wage for associated labor staff costs.
