Please describe what you will be offering at the CCFF. If you are offering a seminar or workshop please, tell us what time so you can be included in the schedule. Service Providers please note that Static Displays are not suited for this event, we are looking for hands on, interactive activities. Vendors please explain what you will be selling.

Participating in Kids Passport
-Food Vendors must show proof of licensing (please contact Public Health for the application) -The Charlotte County Fall Fair DOES NOT provide tables and chairs - you must bring your own - All vehicles must be removed from the fair grounds by 9:45 am. No exceptions will be made. -Vehicles are not permitted on the Fair grounds during operating hours (10 am pm). -Set up is Friday from Noon till 7pm and then Saturday 8 - 9:45 am. Take down is not permitted until 5 pm. -Due to wildlife no food is to be left on the premises overnight. - The CCFF/GNP is not responsible for any items left in the park unattended.
