Austin High Orchestra Scholarship Request Form
Thank you for applying for a scholarship for fees and expenses related to the Austin High Orchestra. Responses to the questions below will be evaluated by the Orchestra Parent Booster Board, and once scholarship eligibility is determined, a letter will be issued to the requesting parent. The Orchestra Director does not have input in the determination of scholarship eligibility, as this is solely a board decision. Please note that responses to all of the questions are not required, however, any information provided will be helpful in making a scholarship determination. Please only share personal information that you feel comfortable sharing. However, all of the information provided on this form will remain confidential.
