Each PopShop event is carefully curated and juried, featuring a thoughtfully selected mix of small businesses, makers, designers, boutiques, artists, food vendors, and emerging brands chosen specifically for the venue and its clientele.

When you join the PopShop circuit, you aren't simply booking a booth—you are becoming part of a community of small businesses committed to creating an elevated, engaging, and memorable shopping experience.

Nestled in coastal Darien, Darien Commons features a curated mix of retail, dining, wellness, luxury residences, and beautiful outdoor spaces just steps from Metro-North. PopShop markets are held outdoors in the centrally located main parking area, creating a highly visible community shopping experience.

ELICIT BREWING CO. | Fairfield, CT
One of Fairfield's hottest destinations! Our markets take place throughout Elicit's expansive space, with indoor and outdoor locations depending on the season. The ultimate sip-and-shop destination, Elicit offers food, drinks, entertainment, and amenities for the whole family.

WESTPORT MUSEUM FOR HISTORY & CULTURE | Westport, CT
Located on picturesque grounds just steps from bustling Main Street, this charming outdoor venue puts PopShop in the heart of downtown Westport.

A limited number of premium indoor barn spaces may be offered for select events.

THE HISTORIC MILFORD GREEN | Milford, CT
Located in the heart of vibrant coastal Milford, the Historic Milford Green provides an incredible backdrop for one of our largest outdoor markets. Milford has an amazing shop-local community, making this a longtime PopShop favorite.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Please review the following information carefully before submitting your application.

CURATION & JURY PROCESS

PopShop Market is a curated and juried event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement from the waitlist.

Applications are reviewed to ensure each market offers a balanced, elevated mix of categories, products, price points, and aesthetics appropriate for the individual venue and clientele.

If a space becomes available and your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice for your booth fee.

COMMITMENT & PAYMENT

By submitting an application, you are indicating that you are prepared to participate in the dates selected should space become available.

If accepted, payment is expected promptly to secure your space. Unpaid invoices, repeated cancellations, or applications submitted without follow-through may affect eligibility for future PopShop events.

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

BOOTH AESTHETIC & VENDOR PRESENCE

PopShop strives to maintain a contemporary, sophisticated, and visually appealing market environment.

Your booth is your storefront. Displays should be attractive, organized, inviting, and reflective of your brand.

Vendors are expected to:

• Maintain an elevated, professional booth presentation.
• Keep booths staffed at all times.
• Be welcoming and engaged with shoppers.
• Avoid excessive phone use or appearing disengaged while working the event.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and safe space throughout the market.

TABLES, TENTS & DISPLAYS

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, fixtures, displays, and other booth supplies unless otherwise specified.

All merchandise, displays, signage, and fixtures must remain completely within your assigned footprint. Aisles and neighboring spaces must remain unobstructed for shopper flow and safety.

Outdoor vendors are responsible for properly securing and weighting tents according to the requirements provided in your pre-event logistics.

Failure to follow space or safety requirements may result in removal from the event and/or additional fees.

SETUP, BREAKDOWN & LOGISTICS

Detailed event logistics—including load-in times, parking, setup instructions, tent requirements, and breakdown procedures—will be sent to participating vendors prior to each event.

Vendors are expected to arrive within the designated setup window and remain fully set up until the official end of the event.

WEATHER POLICY

All events and vendor fees are non-refundable.

Outdoor markets are scheduled to operate rain or shine whenever conditions allow.

In the event of extreme or dangerous weather, PopShop Market reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel an event in the interest of vendor and shopper safety. Vendors will be notified as quickly as possible should a weather-related change occur.

COMPLIANCE & CONNECTICUT SALES TAX

All merchandise and products sold at PopShop Market must comply with applicable local, Connecticut State, and Federal laws.

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses and for the collection and reporting of Connecticut Sales Tax.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for contacting the local health department in the municipality where the event is being held and completing all required permits and paperwork.

Required health department documentation must be completed at least 30 days prior to the event.

Failure to obtain the appropriate approvals may result in forfeiture of your space due to noncompliance.

LIABILITY

PopShop Market and its host venues are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, displays, or personal property.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant setup throughout the event, including proper tent weighting and securing merchandise and displays.

MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA PARTNERSHIP

We are dedicated to helping our vendors succeed.

As part of your participation, PopShop provides professional digital marketing and opportunities to spotlight participating small businesses across our social media platforms leading up to each event.

Successful markets, however, are a reciprocal partnership.

Participating vendors are expected to actively help promote the events in which they are participating.

We provide:
Branded event graphics, social media assets, stories, flyers, event promotion, and vendor spotlights.

We ask you to:
Share event posts, promote your participation on Instagram and/or Facebook, tag @PopShopMarket, and invite your own local customer base to attend.

The more we collectively promote, the stronger the turnout—and the more successful the market is for everyone.
