1. FESTIVAL ATTENDANCE, & REGISTRATION

I understand that if my work is selected I must attend the festival in Tampa, FL March 13-15, 2025 in order for my work to be programmed. I understand that I must also pay the NON-REFUNDABLE $75USD festival registration fee by December 31, 2024.

2. TRAVEL & LODGING

I understand that I am responsible for preparing my own travel and lodging arrangements.

I am a student and would like to take the free lodging offer and share a house with other participating composers during the festival, but I understand that I am responsible for preparing my own travel arrangement.

I understand that the $10USD application fee FOR EACH SUBMITTED PROPOSAL ($20USD for two proposals) is NON REFUNDABLE. I also understand that failure to pay the entry fee will result in the disqualification of my submission(s).
