Each family is asked to provide a minimum $5 childcare deposit (fully refundable) whenever registration is completed for their child(ren). This is intended per family and is not expected per child. Any deposits not refunded by request at the meeting will be considered donations toward the expenses of running our program. We thank you in advance for your generosity! One form should be completed for EACH child you plan to bring to the meeting. You will need to fill out the form EVERY MONTH you plan to attend. The information you provide will help us better care for your child. Additional forms are required upon entrance, such as liability and photo release forms.
Help us keep current information on your child! If you have been with us before, we ask you to do an annual update by completing the registration form in full each fall, or whenever there is a change with your child that we should know about. All subsequent registrations can then be completed with the regular form instructions.
Childcare is limited and we require an RSVP for each child so that we can properly staff the space. You will be notified by email approximately 2 days in advance of the meeting if your child is confirmed. If you are on a waiting list and have not received a confirmation email prior to the meeting, your child will not be released into childcare.
All parents are responsible for attending to their child's toileting needs. If your child is having a difficult time and we are unable to calm them down, or if your child needs to go to the bathroom or have a diaper change, we will either text message you or come find you in the meeting room so that you can assist with your child. Keep in mind that this is not a drop off service. Parents are required to stay on-site at all times.
Donations for our program are welcomed and appreciated at each meeting! We can accept donations by cash, check or credit card swipe at the check-in table.
