Private School Satellite Program
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
AS MEMBERS OF THE PIONEER FAMILY HOME SCHOOL PRIVATE SCHOOL SATELLITE PROGRAM, WE AGREE TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Keep ourselves and our families in the disciplines of Bible reading, worship, prayer, forgiveness, faithfulness
and church attendance.
2. Exercise diligence in teaching our children in a responsible way.
3. Supply all required medical information by the time of registration
4. Pay the annual membership fee by the time of registration.
5. Present proof of Home School Legal Defense Association acceptance by the time of registration. (You will
not be listed on our roll until membership is confirmed.)
6. Supply all cumulative folders (if applicable) by the time of registration.
7. Use organized curriculum and a clearly recognizable program of education and be fully responsible for our
child’s academic education.
8. Submit the Quarterly Progress reports by their due dates. (see calendar)
This report includes accurate attendance as well as progress reports for the subject areas that we have indicated on the Course of Study form. We understand and agree that failure to supply these report in a timely fashion, (there is a two week grace period) will result in a $10 late fee for the first week past the grace period, $20 if it is past the second week, $30 if past the third week , and $40 if past the fourth week.
