Instructions and Guidelines for writing a proposal to present:

• Sessions will be scheduled throughout the conference from Thursday morning, February 13th through Friday morning February 14th, 2020.
• Presentations will be 60 minutes in length.
• Interactive sectionals are encouraged and please plan for question and answer time.
• Many attendees are looking for information, concepts, or techniques they can immediately take back and utilize in their classrooms. Please consider this when you are putting together your presentation.
• Presenters are responsible for making copies of their own handouts. (each room seats around 30 people)
• Proposals are due by December 10, 2019. (Earlier submissions will be appreciated)
• Selection and notification of presentations accepted will be completed by December 20th, 2019.
