To promote positive growth for both existing and future commerce by planning for tomorrow and fostering a strong network of information and relationships that inspire leadership throughout our community.

What Is the Chamber of Commerce?

The goals and objectives of Chamber of Commerce are included in our By-Laws and comprise our purpose and statement:  The Purpose of the Little River Chamber of Commerce shall be the advancement of the commercial, industrial, civic and general interests of Little River County, Arkansas and in the promotion of such purpose the organization shall be non-partisan, non-sectional and not-sectarian.  While the Chamber is dedicated to improving social, civic, physical and human resources, its concerns are with the overall economic development of Little River County.  To help accomplish these goals, the Chamber serves both as a spokesman and an advocate for its members, and for the area as a whole.    

As both a spokesperson and an advocate, the Chamber works on behalf of our members and our community.

Who Funds the Chamber of Commerce?

The Chamber is funded through membership dues and fundraising efforts that help sustain our programs, events, and community initiatives.

Who Runs the Chamber?

The Board of Directors serves as the policy-making body.
The Chamber Director manages daily operations and carries out the goals and programs set by the Board.
