The following Vendor Application is due no later than September 27, 2019 to be considered.
➵ The Wintergreen market takes place at The Center for the Arts at the Armory, located at 191 Highland Ave, Somerville.
➵ The Marketplace will be open Saturday, November 30th from 11:00 am to 5:00pm.
➵ Vendors must be fully set-up with their cars parked in the overflow lot by 10:45am.
➵ All vendor spots on the main floor are $85 for the day. Mezzanine spots are $65. Reach out to us if the fee is prohibitive and ask about sliding scale vendor fees.
➵ Each booth space can only accommodate one 6ft. wide table. Due to space constraints your booth set-up must not use a larger table than this or multiple tables. Only ONE table is allowed per vending spot (NO L-shaped set-ups are allowed). Specific location requests can unfortunately not be accommodated.
➵ Chairs will be provided but vendors need to bring their own tables.
➵ We will reserve a few larger booth spaces for our Community Partners -- please inquire for additional information!
➵ VERY IMPORTANT: All vendors selling or sampling food, snacks, beverages (including dried or brewed herbal teas) or ANY consumable items must obtain the necessary One-Day Temporary Event Permit from the City of Somerville. Anything that is made to be consumed internally must have the proper permits. We are routinely inspected by the Somerville Health Dept. so it is extremely important that all vendors adhere to this rule. (Raw honey and fresh or dried uncut herbs without a specific use do not need a permit.) We will send all accepted vendors the details for acquiring the permit.
➵ Once your application has been approved, we will be in contact to arrange vendor fee payment and provide more details.
➵ Due to the large number of submissions and limited space, we regret we cannot accept all applications.
