CCAF-SDUHSD Memorandum of Understanding Petition
As early as the board meeting on September 11, 2025, the San Dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) superintendent and school board will present an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) that they plan to establish between themselves and the Foundations of the district, including the Canyon Crest Academy Foundation (CCAF). Do you agree that this MOU ought to include:

1. Consequences for the Foundation should they decide not to agree to its framework, or fails to implement its policies
2. A further reduction of the administrative fees charged on clubs to no more than 10%
3. Make contributions to general funds optional rather than mandatory when a parent donates to a club
4. Full and transparent disclosure of how Foundation money is spent, including the amount spent on salaries and bonuses, and provide the district staff with full access to their accounts
5. Foundation board members ought to be elected by the parents of CCA students, rather than being appointed by existing board members
