Application for the Before School Program taking place at  Pinon Mesa Middle School. 

6TH grade students will be prioritized

This application DOES NOT guarantee your child's enrollment in the program.  

Please complete one form per child. 

Enrollment priority is given to the following students:  Foster youth, students experiencing homelessness, English Language Learners and students qualifying for free/reduced price lunch services.  Students will be placed as space is available.

If your child is accepted into the program, you will be notified and need to sign and return the paperwork you will receive to secure your child’s space in the program.
